Do you accept new patients?

Yes, all PrimeDoc providers and locations are currently accepting new patients.

Do you have parking avaialble at your clinics?

Free and ample parking is available at almost all of our locations. Paid self parking in the building and street parking is available at our Chevy Chase location.

Are you an Urgent Care Center?

We do provide select urgent care services and serve new and returning patients on walk-in bases for acute sickness. However, we are primary care practice. Please refer to our walk in clinic page for more details about what conditions that are covered under our select urgent care services.

How can I schedule an appointment?

The most convenient way to schedule your appointment is online. You can also call general line at (571) 777-9333 to schedule your appointment or schedule your follow up appointment while you are in the office.

Can I walk in for immediate care without prior appointment?

We do accept walk in patients for acute illnesses at all our locations. If you need annual physical examination you will need to make an appointment or will be offered an appointment in the clinic when you walk in.

Do you offer on-site lab services?

Yes, we provide on-site lab services for your convenience. This is done in partnership with LabCorp.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, and most major insurance plans. For security reasons we do NOT accept cash, personal checks or money orders at our clinics.

Do you accept workers comp cases?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept Workers comp cases.

Do you provide immigration and USCIS related health clearances?

Unfortunately, we do not provide immigration paperwork related health services.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept medicaid patients.

Do you accept HMO plans?

Yes, most HMO plans are accepted. Please call our offices to find out about a particular plan.
