This widely utilized feature of virtual care connects our patients with providers to discuss lab findings, further evaluation and care plans. During this visit your primary care provider gets an opportunity to take time in elaborating lab findings, answer questions about both normal and abnormal findings, in contrast to being rushed to discuss those on phone, trying to squeeze time in between patients. Providers will have access to medical records through our EHR for all existing PrimeDoc patients. For our new patients’ some information may be collected by our trained medical staff prior to the visit with the provider.
